• Name and email address when creating an account
• Team names, player names, and jersey numbers
• Game statistics and scores
• Schedule information including dates and locations
• Messages sent within the appWe do not collect real-time location data or GPS tracking. Location information consists only of manually entered event locations such as court or venue names.Information collected automatically:
• Device type and operating system
• App usage data and crash reports
• Authentication data through FirebaseApp usage and crash data are collected in aggregated or de-identified form to improve app performance.3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
• Create and manage your account
• Enable stat tracking and team management features
• Send team invitations and notifications

StatTracker is intended for use by parents, legal guardians, and coaches to manage youth sports teams. Children do not create accounts or use the app independently.Information about players (who may be under the age of 13) is provided by parents or coaches acting as the child’s authorized representative. We collect only limited player information, such as a player’s first name, last name, and jersey number, solely for team organization, scheduling, and statistical tracking purposes.We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. Player information is visible only to authorized team members and is not made public.
If you believe that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child without proper authorization, or if you are a parent or guardian requesting access to, correction of, or deletion of a child’s information, please contact us at [email protected], and we will promptly address the request.8. Safety and Messaging
StatTracker provides in-app messaging to support team communication among parents, coaches, and authorized team members. Messaging features are restricted to members of the same team and are not available publicly.
Children do not create accounts or send messages independently. All messages involving team communication are sent by parents, legal guardians, or coaches acting on behalf of players.We do not permit the use of the app for harassment, inappropriate content, or unlawful activities. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to messaging features if misuse or safety concerns are identified.If you believe messaging within the app is being used inappropriately or poses a safety concern, please contact us at [email protected], and we will review the matter promptly.9. Third Party Services
Our app uses the following third party services, each with their own privacy policies:
• Google Firebase — data storage and authentication

When an account is deleted, personal information associated with that account will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.12. Push Notifications
