• Game statistics and scores
• Schedule information including dates and locations
• Messages sent within the appWe do not collect real-time location data or GPS tracking. Location information consists only of manually entered event locations such as court or venue names.Information collected automatically:
• Device type and operating system
• App usage data and crash reports
• Authentication data through FirebaseApp usage and crash data are collected in aggregated or de-identified form to improve app performance.3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
• Create and manage your account
• Enable stat tracking and team management features
• Send team invitations and notifications
• Maintain your schedule and attendance records
• Improve app performance and fix bugs

1StatTracker is intended for use by parents, legal guardians, and coaches to manage youth sports teams. Children do not create accounts or use the app independently.Information about players (who may be under the age of 13) is provided by parents or coaches acting as the child’s authorized representative. We collect only limited player information, such as a player’s first name, last name, and jersey number, solely for team organization, scheduling, and statistical tracking purposes.We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. Player information is visible only to authorized team members and is not made public.
If you believe that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child without proper authorization, or if you are a parent or guardian requesting access to, correction of, or deletion of a child’s information, please contact us at [email protected], and we will promptly address the request.8. Safety and Messaging
1StatTracker provides in-app messaging to support team communication among parents, coaches, and authorized team members. Messaging features are restricted to members of the same team and are not available publicly.
Children do not create accounts or send messages independently. All messages involving team communication are sent by parents, legal guardians, or coaches acting on behalf of players.We do not permit the use of the app for harassment, inappropriate content, or unlawful activities. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to messaging features if misuse or safety concerns are identified.If you believe messaging within the app is being used inappropriately or poses a safety concern, please contact us at [email protected], and we will review the matter promptly.9. Third Party Services
Our app uses the following third party services, each with their own privacy policies:

When an account is deleted, personal information associated with that account will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. By downloading, installing, or using the 1StatTracker mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including coaches, parents, guardians, and players.2. Eligibility
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under the age of 13 may only use the App with verifiable parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years old or that a parent or guardian has provided consent on your behalf. 1StatTracker complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account using an email address, Google account, or Apple ID. You are responsible for:Providing accurate and complete registration information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.4. Permitted Use
1StatTracker is provided for lawful, personal, and non-commercial use to manage youth sports teams, track statistics, coordinate schedules, and communicate with team members. You agree not to:Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Harass, threaten, or harm other users through messaging or any other feature
Share content that is offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate, particularly given the youth-focused nature of the App
Attempt to access another user's account or any part of the system you are not authorized to use
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App or its underlying code
Use the App to distribute spam or unsolicited communications
5. Team Management and User Roles
1StatTracker supports multiple user roles, including team owners, assistant coaches, and parents/guardians. Each role carries different permissions within the App. Team owners are responsible for managing their team's roster, inviting members, and ensuring that all users associated with their team comply with these Terms.6. User-Generated Content
Users may share messages, photos, and other content within team communication threads ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content through the App, you grant 1StatTracker a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the App and delivering it to your intended recipients.You are solely responsible for the content you share. 1StatTracker does not monitor User Content but reserves the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these Terms.7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.8. Push Notifications and Communications
The App may send push notifications for events such as upcoming games, practices, and new messages. You can manage or disable notifications in your device settings at any time. By providing your email address, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your account and team activity.9. Advertisements
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ads are subject to Google's advertising policies. 1StatTracker is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.10. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, and Brevo for email delivery. All content, design, logos, and software associated with 1StatTracker — excluding User Content — are the property of 1StatTracker or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 1StatTracker does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1StatTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury. 1StatTracker's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.14. Termination
1StatTracker reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or to the App. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.16. Governing Law
